Contact us
Email support@insanerabbit.com and include “Dive Bar Finder” in the subject. Tell us your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and what happened. Please do not send passwords, Apple sign-in tokens or payment details.
Location
You can use manual search without sharing your current location. To restore location access, open iPhone Settings, choose Privacy & Security, Location Services, then Dive Bar Finder.
Premium
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Subscriptions and billing are managed by Apple through your App Store account.
Account deletion
When signed in, open Settings and choose Delete Account. This deletes your account, collection, achievements, approvals and flags. App Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately with Apple.
Report a venue problem
Signed-in users can flag a venue that is not a dive bar from its detail page. For incorrect hours, closures, addresses or other Google-supplied venue information, you can also suggest an edit through Google Maps.

Dive Bar Finder is independently developed by Fear Army LTD. We aim to review support messages within five working days, although complex account or billing questions may take longer.
